Niyazi Söğüt, who was born in 1989 in Nizip District of Gaziantep province, is married and has 2 children. He earned the title of Agricultural Engineer by graduating from the Department of Horticulture at Selcuk University with the 1st rank. In this process, he made many projects as a coordinator, improved himself in field trials and practice, completed the Tübitak Scientist project and received the title of Scientist. He also completed the field crops department as a minor at Selçuk University and was entitled to graduate with 2 diplomas. He completed his master's education in the Department of Horticulture at Harran University, Institute of Science, with a study conducted for the first time in the world, and received the title of Agricultural Engineer. By completing the first company establishment in 2012, he gave trainings and seminars to the farmers in the field and in practice, and provided consultancy in addition to the sale of pharmaceuticals and fertilizers. As a result of many years of R&D studies, he created trial plots and completed his studies on the products and established the Orgatech Company. As Orgatech, it exceeds international standards and produces plant-specific nutrition products with special methods and different formulations and offers them to the world's farmers.

As a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, he also carries out the coordination and coordinator works in the financial transactions of the company and official transactions under the ministry; As a graduate of Gaziantep University Organic Agriculture, he works as an active agricultural technician in the field.

Graduated from Gaziantep University Organic Agriculture Department, since 2017, he has been actively consulting the farmers in the field, setting up trials on drug and fertilizer applications and carrying out active practices in the field with the farmers.

After graduating from the Department of Horticulture in Hatay in 2017, he started working by giving the title of Agricultural Engineer. It leads special feeding trials in different products in our region and makes product recommendations according to field results.

It is responsible for advancing the commercial flow and operation of the company, and informs the product details by meeting with companies and farmers.

He continues his duty as the production supervisor by having the necessary equipment for a perfect planning and healthy production during production.
