In potassium deficiency, the turgor pressure in the plants decreases and the plants become brittle because of water stress. If used less in early periods, tomatoes also make a hollow. In the deficiency of cucumber fruit, bulbization is seen. Banana fruit is very important during the ripening period. It helps to prevent calyx cracks in ornamental plants. It is a very important element in quality criteria such as color, smell, taste, storage of fruits and ornamental plants.
